GALSTON CHURCH CHOIR

"Those who sing pray twice" Saint Augustine.

Music making has always been cherished and encouraged in the town of Galston, Ayrshire's historical heart.  The choir of Galston Parish Church continues this tradition leading praise each Sunday with an introit and anthem.  The choir have a considerable repertoire of music and have sung in several church settings in Ayrshire and Glasgow, helping to raise £1500 for our local hospice.  The choir are keen to develop a wider variety of musical styles to enhance all aspects of worship in our beautifully restored church.

Meeting together socially is a very important focus for choir members.  Significant birthdays, anniversaries and meals out together create friendship and support for everyone.

A very warm welcome will be given to anyone who would like to come to our choir practices on a Thursday evening and sing with us on a Sunday morning.

Why don't YOU come and join us??
